Stefanie works with adults experiencing diverse mental health needs, most often supporting individuals in the areas of self-esteem, anxiety, stress and feelings of doubt and indecision. She provides a non-judgmental approach, deep listening and kind attention, giving you the space to process hard feelings or simply to just be and be heard. Stefanie is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness practices (drawing from her experience as a yoga instructor) adapting to what is most supportive for each unique individual.

Stefanie is rooted in a strengths-based perspective and helps individuals access their inner wisdom, developing a more intimate relationship with themselves and their self-worth. She supports clients to engage in self-exploration through guiding coping strategies in-session. Take home practice exercises may also be provided.
